Arctic Drilling Company Oy Ltd provides drilling services mainly for the mining sector and has built own drilling rigs from day one. Throughout the years, it came clear that ADC rig’s features were advanced compared to what other rig manufacturers provided. This lead to the decision to start selling these rigs on global markets.
Aleksi has been working with ADC and running the international marketing and sales from 2014 until March 2018 and since then he has been working as CEO. He transforms the customer demand and feedback to information, which is being used to developed product design and functionality even further.

Harry Sandström has MSc degree in chemistry and geology from University of Helsinki 1979 and 1984 and respectively. He has been working in Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) in different directorial positions from 1977 till 2006 and was member of management team. He was in charge to outsource laboratory services from GTK to company called Labtium Oy and was the CEO of the company and its subsidiary Laponia Laboratories AB from 2006 till 2011. After that he has been working as a senior consultant in Spinverse Innovation Ltd till 2016 being eg. in charge of over 100 m€ Finnish Green Mining Programme, compiling the offering of Finnish mining technology and coordinating Finnish-Russian arctic mining cooperation. From 2015 till 2016 he consulted as a business development manager EIT RawMaterial GmbH. In summer 2016 he came back to GTK being programme director of MINING FINLAND programme aiming to promote foreign investments to Finnish mining industry and to facilitate export and international networking of Finnish mining technology companies.

Dr Greberg (Assoc Prof) has management experience from small and large enterprises as well as research centres and academia in the raw materials area sector. Dr. Grebergs expertise is in the area of hard rock mining and optimisation of mining processes and she has extensive experience from international R&D&I projects. Recently she held a management position in EIT Raw Materials, a multinational organisation focusing on innovation in the raw materials sector. Currently she is responsible for Technology and Innovation in the Swedish Strategic Innovation Programme for the Mining and Metal producing Sector, STRIM.
Born and raised in a mining family with a MSc in process metallurgy, Jon is currently leading the Scania Site Optimisation Project, a newly launched service framework to optimise production flow through implementation of lean principles.
With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Jon has been responsible for many projects ranging from metallurgy, mining, and energy. Dubbed as a subject matter expert within Scania, Jon’s specialty is in streamlining and optimising process flow in order to achieve higher productivity and eliminate waste.
Lawrence P. Radford was appointed Senior Vice President – Operations in July 2013 and prior to that was Vice President – Operations from October 2011 to June 2013. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Radford was Vice President of South American Operations for Kinross Gold Corporation (a gold mining company) from April 2010 to September 2011. Mr. Radford held various other positions at Kinross from June 2007 to March 2010. Mr. Radford was General Manager for Barrick Gold Corporation (a gold mining company) at its Cowal operations in West Wyalong, NSW, Australia from January 2006 to May 2007. Mr. Radford also held various positions with Barrick from 1990 to December 2005. Prior to that, he was Planning and Project Engineer for Nerco Delamar Company from 1988 to 1989 and Mining Engineer for Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation from 1984 to 1988.
Lex is co-founder and CEO of Jolimont Global. In 2000, Lex founded and was CEO of ADI, a technology seed investor. Previously, he was CEO of Emerge CMC Ltd, a joint venture between IT vendors Oracle, NEC, Telstra and four major universities to commercialise online business applications.

Mikhail Makeev is a project Director at JSC VIST Group, Russia. He was born on 13.02.1986 in Moscow. In 2009 Mikhail graduated from The Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a diploma of specialist in radio-electronic systems. During his career Mikhail tried himself both as an engineer and as a leader of the team of engineers and finally came to a project management which requires knowledge of the entire process of sales, implementation and maintenance of dispatching systems and robotic mining equipment. Among his main achievements are the contract with OCP S.A. (Morocco) and a network of partnership between JSC VIST Group and big mining companies in Chile, South Africa, USA, Sweden.
